Hi, my name is Tammie Whitt. I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself...
I started my horse career at the age of five taking lessons, then after a couple years I went to my first show entering a lead line class where I caught the show bug! Soon I had my own horse and started competing successfully at Schooling and 4-H shows winning many show high points and championships; I then advanced to Breed Shows, showing Pinto and Quarter horse as a youth. It wasn’t long before I started apprenticing with my trainer starting horses of all breeds and riding problem horses. Today I hold my judging cards with Washington State Horsemen as a Sr level judge, 4-H and High School Equestrian Teams. My passion is learning everything I can about horses and training techniques to better help the people I coach and the horses I work with. When working with horses I feel it should always be a fun positive experience, learning from each challenge and celebrating every achievement no matter how big or small.
I specialize in starting young horses, Western Pleasure and all Around prospects for youth and Amateur riders. Coaching and Instruction for all levels of rider, begining to advanced.
*Pictured to the left is one of my favorite students, my niece Ellie and our horse Reba they like to compete together in leadline classes and just have fun on the farm. Thank you Mom and Dad for getting me this wonderful horse.
